LIEBERMAN SKIPPED KEY VOTE TO MAKE EARMARKS PUBLIC
In August, Lieberman skipped a vote on bipartisan legislation that would have forced the Bush administration to disclose Pentagon funds that have been earmarked for wasteful programs. The bill was in response to the scandal surrounding Rep. Duke Cunningham (R-CA).
